 Victoria is the Principal Broker & Owner of Jayne Realty, LLC. Her expertise is a result of eight years experience as a licensed Realtor and prior to that, many years as a Real Estate Investor.  She is highly qualified to represent Buyers and Sellers in both Oregon and Washington. She keeps up to date with current market trends and is  knowledgable of Short Sales and Foreclosures which are very much a part of the current Real Estate market.

Charity has been working with Victoria Jayne since 2004 as an unlicensed assistant.  Charity moved to Montana in 2005 and continues to work with Victoria and Jayne Realty, LLC from her home office as a Virtual Assistant and Office Manager.  (Don't be surprised to find that when she calls you she has a "406" area code.) It is just like she is right here in Victoria's home office.

 

Charity will help you with scheduling appointments, signing documents on your real estate transaction and is always there to answer questions if Victoria is unavailable. If you need a change in your search criteria or need an answer to a question quickly, emailing Victoria will alert Charity. She'll capture Victoria on the phone for a prompt and speedy response to your question. She watches Victoria's email several times each hour during the week.

 

Charity also manages all the resources available through Jayne Realty, LLC. If you need a resource, you can look on this website on the Resource tabs, email Victoria and/or call Charity directly. Her six years of experience working with Victoria helps maintain an excellent level of customer service for Jayne Realty, LLC clients.

 

In her "spare" time, Charity, wife and mother of three children, plays volleyball, enjoys nature walks, gardening, crocheting, watching her children play sports and spending time with her family.  She also serves on the local elementary School Board and is President of the PTA. She is one busy lady!
